The project consisted of painting the outdoor of a 3-story townhouse, including brick wall facade, wood trimwork and an elaborate 2-story metal deck in the back of the house. During the initial visit, Jai was very professional, explained the process well and asked all the right questions about our expectations, paint and color selection, etc. Andrew (owner) and Erick (supervisor) stopped by when the project started. Primo and Luis then worked together as an experienced team and they did a great job scraping, sanding, priming and applying 2 coats of paint throughout, as per contract. Some rotten wood was discovered on a window trim and they executed a skilled repair (slight added fee). Erick coordinated and supervised the entire project with regular site visits. He made sure every detail was taken care of, with a joint final inspection. A class act!
