Exterior Brick Painting
Painting tired or out-of-place brick, whether inside or outside your home, is a grate way to add color to your Home.
Clean and prep the brick:
Before painting brick, we clean it thoroughly so that the application of paint better adheres, we check the mortar for signs of damage and repair small cracks with acrylic caulk. With more pronounced issues, repointing the brick may be necessary.
We scrap all loose paint off and let that brick dry for the paint or primer to adhere successfully.
Apply Primer if needed:
Depending on the area of the surface we will roller & brush or use a paint sprayer to apply a coat of latex primer on any exposed or on-painted brick.. Put additional coats on those sections that have been affected either by efflorescence or mildew.
Apply Paint:
We will apply one or two coats of Paint depending on the need and condition of the brick.

We will clean the Fireplace Surface. To make sure your paint adheres and dries properly.
Prime the Brick with a stain-blocking primer to protects your paint against future soot stains from fireplace use.
Paint the Brick. Once the primer is dry we will paint.
