Extremely happy with the exterior painting work that Image completed on our home. The team was professional and communicative throughout the process. We were invited to do a walk through with the entire team to kick things off, and received regular updates / feedback throughout, and had the opportunity to sign off on each stage to ensure that nothing was painted until all of the prep was completed to our satisfaction. From start to finish, this was a quality and professional job.  Andrew was prompt, honest, and helpful with the estimate.  He remained available throughout the job.  Scheduling was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed as the start date approached.  The painting crew (Grevy's group) was most pleasant, efficient, maintained great attention to details, and were very careful. The estimator and the scheduler were so friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile. The color consultant did a fantastic job tweaking our color choices so they were harmonious. Grevy's crew was the best too! I cannot say enough good things about them. They worked so hard to make my janky walls smooth and the results was fantastic. We had Image Painting repaint our row house in northeast DC and would highly recommend them. The whole process was very smooth and communication from start to finish was excellent. The contract was very detailed and outlined everything that the crew was going to do to help us understand what was involved. The painters showed up on time, were careful not to disrupt our limited green space and were respectful of our neighbors’ properties. The onsite lead made sure that our opinions and confirmations were heard and kept us up on progress as each part of the house was painted. The crew cleaned up after every day and were very friendly and accommodating if we had modifications or questions. The team finished on schedule and the results look great. I highly recommend and would use them again for future needs.
