Very pleased with the quality of service delivered by this company, from initial contact, to estimate, to execution. The project consisted of painting the outdoor of a 3-story townhouse, including brick wall facade, wood trimwork and an elaborate 2-story metal deck in the back of the house. During the initial visit, Jai was very professional, explained the process well and asked all the right questions about our expectations, paint and color selection, etc. Andrew (owner) and Erick (supervisor) stopped by when the project started. Primo and Luis then worked together as an experienced team and they did a great job scraping, sanding, priming and applying 2 coats of paint throughout, as per contract. Some rotten wood was discovered on a window trim and they executed a skilled repair (slight added fee). Erick coordinated and supervised the entire project with regular site visits. Image Painting did a FANTASTIC JOB painting our home's exterior.
From getting the quote, to scheduling the job, to completing the job, their customer service was excellent.  The site manager proactively communicated during the entire process, visited the site every work day, and addressed our questions immediately.  The painting crew was courteous, skilled, and professional.  They used high quality Sherwin Williams Duration paint, and color matched our existing colors perfectly.  Our home looks fresh and pristine!
The bonus?  Their bid was substantially lower than 2 other companies we interviewed.
They were highly recommended by a neighbor who used them recently for exterior painting, and I'm happy that I chose them, too.

My husband and I are very happy about the quality of the work that Image Painting recently completed for us — which involved a lot of meticulous prep work on cast iron, wood and metal surfaces on the exterior of our 139-year-old row house on CapitolHill. Image Painting also hit the mark it set for the time needed to complete the job. We had long used another painting company before this year, but the owner retired and left us in some trepidation about finding another painter as good.
