LIMITED WARRANTY: Image Painting warrants labor and material for a period three [3] of years. If paint failure appears, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above. This warranty excludes, and in no event will Image Painting be responsible for consequential or incidental damages cause by accident or abuse, temperature changes, settlement or moisture, i.e., cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction. Cracks will be properly prepared as indicated at the time of job, but will not be covered under this warranty. Excluded from warranty are any fences, steps or floors.
All painting work on the project described herein will be performed in accordance with the PDCA Standards which can be found at PDCA

The project consisted of painting the outdoor of a 3-story townhouse, including brick wall facade, wood trimwork and an elaborate 2-story metal deck in the back of the house. During the initial visit, Jai was very professional, explained the process well and asked all the right questions about our expectations, paint and color selection, etc. Andrew (owner) and Erick (supervisor) stopped by when the project started. Primo and Luis then worked together as an experienced team and they did a great job scraping, sanding, priming and applying 2 coats of paint throughout, as per contract. Some rotten wood was discovered on a window trim and they executed a skilled repair (slight added fee). Erick coordinated and supervised the entire project with regular site visits. He made sure every detail was taken care of, with a joint final inspection. A class act!
